Kresge Foundation

The Kresge Foundation, one of the nation’s oldest and largest private philanthropies, marked its 100th anniversary in 2024 with a centennial report designed to honor its legacy while looking toward the future. In collaboration with Brevity & Wit, SPGR led the design and project management of this 100+ page book—an immersive piece featuring illustrations, pop-ups, photography, data, and storytelling.

SPGR developed the overall design system, including typography, layout, and color, and worked closely with a range of collaborators—including a paper engineer, illustrator, and specialty print vendors—to bring the book to life. The final piece earned a 2024 Graphic Design USA award, selected from over 8,000 entries in the Corporate and Annual Report category.
